malwarebytes n'as pas pu scanner la micro SD android car il demande me redemarrage avant de poster ma response ici,

pour dépanner les bugs des 3 micro sd qui sont:
-400go erreur APN Sony Cybershot erreur base donne ou erreur c:13:01
¨micro sd keepvid music tag editor avec erreur correction tag mp3
-micro sd bootable android live pour le dual boot win10-android et son erreur creation avec Rufus

et faire le ZHPsuite et libérer 8go pour mettre à jour windows il faut accéder au bureau

mais chemin barré empêchant d'aller au bureau:
écran bleu en boucle a chaque reboot
menu bleu recuperation
erreur restauration système
impossible d'accéder a la version précédente
reinitialisation du pc impossible car manque d'espace (faut accéder au bureau pour libérer espace)

pour ce pc je suis pris en charge sur cnet, mais pour les autres pc je suis pris en charge sur:
futura sciences pour le PC Alldocube et le Macbook
et SAAMU pour le PC Portable Win7 Acer

j'avez perdu le mot de passe cnet aujourd'hui j'ai mis reinitialisé mais aucun mail meme dans les spams non reçu, du coup je me suis réinscrit

pour le pc soit libérer l'espace via un live USB

pourtant j'ai rien fait depuis votre dernier réponse, j'ai utilisé ce que vous m'avez demandé
