I agree with Metis, learning languages makes life way more interesting and fun c:

I love getting acquainted with a language that is completely foreign to me or just improving the ones I already speak every once in a while. The number of languages that I can babble well has decreased since I left high school so I decided to get back at it.

There are also the career opportunities of course, but I have much more interest in gathering lingos for my personal enjoyment rather than just increasing my chances of becoming a wagecuck.
