i've seen 2 people get severely beaten up by up to 10-15 masked and armed teens. right under my window. i was shaking like hell calling the cops (that didnt find the place.. because apparently the football stadium RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of the linandes is too hard to find)

noisy is a shithole. you'll get robbed if you're a tourist going for an hunger games pic.

cergy is ugly, there are some nice places but it is a suburb city with a student side (ESEC, EISTI) not touristic at all.

avoid prefecture after 9pm. no cops here. crack market underground got dismantled and now it's in the open.
