--QM Talent Plan
【Work Content】:
1) Online remote, such as: training, guidance and video conferences.
2) Occasional visits to China (1-2 times per year, 1-2 weeks per visit). The specific time&details will be negotiated with the institution after the selection

【Institutions and Roles】:
1) Institutions: colleges, companies, research institutes, university research institutes and research centers.

2) Roles: Research leader/academic leader/Professor/Postdoctoral Researcher; Or senior technical engineer/expert, depending on your field of expertise and work experience.

【Work Arrangements】:
1) Part-time: can be Paid by day or hour. Work 8-10 hours online per week (online when necessary. The institution may invite you to visit China 1-2 times a year, each time for 1-2 weeks, including round-trip airfare.
(The specific remuneration and working hours can be negotiated with the specific organization.)

2）Full-time: The specific time will be negotiated with the institution.

【Full-time Rewards and Allowances】:
1) Financial Subsidies: including national, provincial, municipal and district level subsidies. (from the government). 
      ·Young talents (Under 40 years old): RMB 1.5 million(is approximately $212000US dollars)
      ·Innovative talents (Under 75 years old) :  RMB 3 million (is approximately $ 420000 US dollars)

2) Salary: Annual salary of no less than 600,000 yuan (can be negotiated with the enterprise); RMB 50,000-100,000 per month(From the institution).

3) Research funding support: about 3 million yuan (for a 3-year period)

4) Housing Subsidies: Up to 1.5 million RMB.

Note: The amount of financial subsidies may vary slightly by region.

【Other Benefits】: Talent Green Card, priority admission for children to schools, medical benefits and social insurance. Spouses and children can also apply for the "Foreign Permanent Residence Permit" or multiple-entry visas.

La ou c'est pas clair c'est que t'as un offre part-time et une offre full Time avec deux salaires différents. Ils te proposent les deux et c'est à ta guise? Avec des putains de bénéfices de partout? Mdr genre 210k dollars l'année. C'est alléchant mais qu'est ce qu'il t'arrive une fois qu'ils ont siphonné tes connaissances ?

J'ai répondu je m'étais engagé dans un projet et que je ne voulais certainement pas quitter mon entreprise actuelle mais que je pouvais discuter avec mon boss pour obtenir des compléments de revenus
