My name is xxx and I coordinate the Chinese Overseas Talent Program on behalf of a network of Chinese institutions—including universities, research centers and innovative enterprises.

We are currently seeking an accomplished PhD professional in Process & Bioprocess Engineering, and your impressive background strongly aligns with the program’s objectives, we would like to invite you to join our talent program to serve as a consultant expert or research leader, offering technical guidance, collaborative research, and strategic advice to partner institutions.

The expert program is based on government support. First, we will apply for it. If we get approved, you will get the title of Oversea High-end Talent. The institutes will offer a more higher salary and government also will issue a grant (up to RMB 3 million)for the selected talents.

The consulting job is very flexible and won't affect your normal job. You can work full-time or part-time (Work remotely online when necessary). The experts will provide the Chinese institutions with technical guidance and help them solve their problems at work. They might invite you to come to China once or twice a year (1–2 weeks annually) with travel expenses reimbursed.
